1. 30-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items in new or gently inspected condition.

2. Zero Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent, customer-first service. We do not charge any restocking fees on authorized returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Support: Email our team at contact@tcgtrands.com or call +1 (563) 200-0803 with your order number.
Receive Return Authorization (RMA): Our logistics team will review your request within 24 business hours and provide an RMA number along with return shipping instructions or freight pickup scheduling.
Dispatch: Securely package the product in its original crating or packaging. For freight shipments, our carrier will schedule a pickup window.

4. Inspection & Refund Issuance

Once your return arrives at our logistics center, it is inspected within 1 to 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued immediately back to your original payment method (Credit Card / Stripe).
Banks typically reflect the credit on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Damaged in Transit or Defective Items

If your machine arrives with shipping damage or manufacturing defects, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement unit or issue a 100% full refund including all delivery costs.
